🎯 Role:

Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage a diverse range of field events, including summits, roundtables, webinars, and trade shows.

Campaign Development: Design integrated campaigns to generate interest pre-event and nurture leads post-event.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to align field activities with strategic business goals.

Performance Tracking: Measure event success through metrics like MQLs, pipeline impact, and sales follow-ups.

Logistics Management: Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, budget, registration, and attendee communications.

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align with regional objectives.

Travel: You may need to travel within the U.S. and Canada for in-person event execution.

📋 Requirements:

8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on planning and executing events.

Proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns that engage customers and support sales objectives.

Experience in SaaS or cloud software marketing is highly preferred.

Expertise in executing in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.

Exceptional collaboration and teamwork experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Salary Range: $92,500 - $126,250 per year (based on experience and location).
