Production and Administrative Internship

Rogue Artists Ensemble is looking for a Production and Administrative Intern to join us beginning in June or July 2025. This role is a hybrid as things may lean remote in between productions and larger projects, with a shift to more in-person support when these are currently active. This position will see you engaged approximately 15-20 hours a week from Summer 2025 to February 2026 for a total of 400 hours at a rate of $17.87 per hour. During this time you will work with our company in launching and preparing for one world premiere, one rolling-world premiere, two workshop productions, and 1-2 development readings; you will be instrumental in taking our current play in development to the next phase through community engagement and talking circles.
 
Rogue Artists Ensemble strongly encourages diverse candidates to apply. Candidates must be eligible for to participate in the LA County Internship program as detailed here to be qualified. Please note previous experience working in the performing arts industry, and in what capacity. Candidates should have proficiency working with remote tools such as Zoom and the Google Suite, and should be prepared to be introduced to productivity softwares such as Slack, Harvest and Asana. While experience with programs like Excel, Salesforce, Photoshop, Canvas, and video editing software is not obligatory, candidates with expertise in these areas are encouraged to highlight them in their applications. Additionally, an expressed interest in writing, photography, video production, and social media marketing tools is appreciated.
