About Search Fund Fellows:
Search Fund Fellows is a internship program that pairs top college students with entrepreneurs acquiring and operating small businesses. It’s a unique opportunity to get real-world private equity experience while still in school — and we’re on a mission to bring this opportunity to more students across the country We’ve had students from over 200+ universities apply, and now we want to grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok to reach even more high-potential students.
What You’ll Do:
- Be in charge of growing the brands audience from 0 to thousands of followers in just a few months
- Create short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that promotes the program and drives interest
- Highlight student stories, deals, finance/entrepreneurship tips, and behind-the-scenes content
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to fit our niche (ETA, business buying, college-to-career)
- Collaborate with our team on content ideas and performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
- A current college student who gets TikTok and Instagram
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content
- Passion for storytelling, creativity, and making content that performs
- Interest entrepreneurship
