Product Technology and Quality Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product Technology and Quality Coordinator to support product testing, instructional content creation, and quality assurance. This role ensures seamless product usability, documentation, and launch processes while coordinating cross-functional support efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled at communicating complex information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test new product features, customer app launches, and app submissions.
  • Create product instructions, user guides, and instructional videos.
  • Design and implement user guiding systems for an improved customer experience.
  • Utilize Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools for configuration and deployment.
  • Manage product demonstrations and support training initiatives.
  • Collaborate on feature set creation and ensure proper documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally to support product rollouts and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage product physical inventory and shipments

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in product testing, instructional design, or QA.
  • Strong understanding of software, hardware, and usability best practices.
  • Experience with MDM tools for device setup and deployment.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation, instructional content, and training materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with software QA, app submissions, or UX/UI design.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools for instructional content.
