District Technology Assistant
We are seeking a District Technology Assistant to provide support for technical issues within our district. The ideal candidate will have an Associate IT degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a preference for previous IT help desk experience. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365, iCloud applications, Apple, and Microsoft operating systems. The technician will support a range of district-wide technology initiatives, including device management, software installation, and technical support for staff and students.
