Job Description:
Join us in bringing customized, white glove experiences directly to physician offices, urgent cares, and hospitals. The Junior Field Account Executives at Big Ben Medical Supplies are driven to help independent providers by reducing clients' medical supply costs, helping them to provide better healthcare to their patients.
You’ll be the face and voice of Big Ben Medical to your Clients, and with that comes the autonomy to organize your day to meet providers at the time and place that enhances the personalized sales interactions you create. You’ll close the deal by having a mixture of cold and warm direct face-to-face, virtual and phone calls interactions domestically or travelling by airplane or car to where your client is.
How you get the job done:
- Kick off with paid training – setting you up for success to work independently in the field.
- Daily, weekly Coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track.
- Cold visit or schedule and meet with potential clients daily at their convenience
- Consistent account management for your active clients by upselling and cross-selling
- You’ll use strong negotiation and communications skills –you know how to make a smooth pivot, and are highly motivated to get it right and make the sale
Key expectations to succeed:
- Prior sales experience is preferred - ideally in a health-related environment with set targets
- Maintain a valid driver’s license - transportation allowance is provided, make sure you’re ready to drive
- Work a varied schedule designed to meet clients on their timeline –this may include evenings, weekends and holidays doing at least 5 visits a day in addition to 10 successful calls.
Our Field Sales Representatives Total OTE – On Target Earning is $60,000 with 50/50 split between fixed and variable pay, Fixed pay is 30K annually which is paid Monthly. The variable part is paid quarterly if all sales goals are met according to our internal commission structure. With our generous commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers up to 250% of their variable commission pay, resulting in up to $105,000 per year total compensation. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training
