What You’ll Do:
Lead the reimagining of school culture, vision, and instructional priorities
Champion high-quality dual language instruction for multilingual learners
Build collaborative structures that center teacher voice and community partnership
Manage school operations and systems with clarity, care, and consistency
Empower staff through coaching, capacity-building, and shared leadership

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid CA Administrative Services Credential
Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency
Master’s degree or higher
At least 3 years teaching experience
Experience leading or supporting multilingual learners
Commitment to equity, family engagement, and culturally responsive practices
