*Position Description:

State Farm Insurance and Financial Services located in Deforest, WI is recruiting an individual for fulltime employment. This candidate will be an employee of a State Farm Independent Contractor Agent assisting in marketing State Farm products and services and providing quality service to customers. State Farm provides an extensive 2 month training program to prepare you for the most financial and personally rewarding career available.

Responsibilities:

•Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed

•Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

•Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
