On a daily basis, our Sales Representatives:
- Follow up with clients who have expressed interest in our retirement products
- Meet with clients to assess their retirement needs
- Develop customized retirement plans to address each of the client’s goals
- Maintain strong relationship with clients; helping them track their goals over time
- Provide ongoing support and consultation

- A comprehensive training program that includes sales training, analyzing retirement portfolios, time management, portfolio recommendations, marketing techniques, consultative selling, client services, and industry compliance
- Uncapped earning potential – sales representatives can make $100,000+ in their first year; representatives must be comfortable with the majority of their compensation coming from their results

Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree
- Must obtain Life & Health Insurance licenses and pass Government certifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident (Required by State Insurance Dept.)
- Willing to drive in a dedicated area visiting clients
Compensation will be given after completion of licenses and qualifications met for being an insurance agent. A base compensation of $52,000 is provided with average earnings of a first-year Sales Representative at MSB exceeding $70,000 with top earners making an excess of $100,000.
