Position Title: Signals Operations Analyst, Emerging Talent Intern
Hourly Rate: $19.00 (Undergraduate)
Overview of Department:
Signals Operations perform, schedules, and pursues the timely compliance of the maintenance, testing, inspection and trouble response for the electrical/electronic equipment. This assignment will also allow to maximize our resources to perform preventative maintenance on our equipment, and track and find trends of failure with our equipment as well.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers and Supervisor with internal data analysis
- Prepare maintenance reports and analytics
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Redesign and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Prepare trouble response surveys,
- Tracking department hours
- Optimize and streamline internal data presentation
- Prepare reports for presentation
Projects:
- Time logging and tracking
- Interlocking maintenance schedule redesign and optimization
- Systems failure tracking
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Canidates should possess Organizational, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Effective report writing
- Candidates should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Education:
- Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA
- Major(s) Preferred: Business, Transportation, Electrical, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or related field.
