Graphic Designer/Administrative Assistant

Bold Moves Marketing is looking for a graphic designer/administrative assistant to manage print marketing material orders from concept through design to print, as well as manage bookkeeping, communications, social media and generating sales. Will also include other administrative tasks. Want to make more as you generate more orders, this is your opportunity. Will start as a part-time position but can quickly convert to a full-time position if desired and warranted. We specialize in the real estate industry and have an established pool of clientele, ready to make orders and make you more money. There is also a side component that includes learning the real estate industry, if you've ever thought about attaining your real estate license, this is a perfect opportunity to dip your toes in the industry as well. The graphic designer job description includes working with clients to determine print goals, creating graphics, logos, layouts and editing photos. Video Production is a future goal so experience with videography and editing is a plus. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of all types of print material and digital assets. You'll need a creative mind, an eye for function/design balance, and the ability to complete projects and orders efficiently. Graphic Design Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Initiating Orders with Clients and Determining Direction
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Creating Print Files and Proofs
  • Sending Proofs to clients for final approval
  • Video editing is a HUGE PLUS

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Invoicing Clients
  • Placing Orders with Suppliers
  • Tracking Orders
  • Real Estate Transaction Communications
  • Real Estate Transaction Management
  • Developing New Ideas and Implementing Systems to help efficiency

Skills

  • Positive Attitude and Hunger to Learn and Grow
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and efficiently
  • Ability to work remotely and in an office atmosphere with clients
  • A strong portfolio of graphic design work
  • Experience with design software and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier Pro)
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • Experience with video editing is a MAJOR plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

 

  • Monday to Friday

 

Supplemental Pay:

 

  • Bonus pay
