Community Outreach Case Worker

The Community Support Program (CSP) is now hiring full-time Community Outreach Case Workers to join our teams in Bristol and Plymouth counties (Taunton, New Bedford, and  Attleboro offices)

B.A. preferred but not required, preferably in psychology, social work, sociology or related field. Field experience can be substituted. Time management, flexibility, adaptability, interpersonal, oral and written documentation skills a must. Multi-lingual abilities welcomed. Use of personal vehicle required; driving record will be verified.

The CSP program provides short-term, intensive, case management support services to clients living in the community with a history of behavioral health and/or substance use disorders. As a CSP worker you will assist clients to reach their short term goals targeted to help them live independently and successfully in the community.
