About the Role
As a Brand & Vendor Relations Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth of HIBBL Market by managing relationships with current vendors and helping bring in new, exciting brands. You’ll gain experience in account management, retail buying, and outreach — all while learning what it takes to support independent wellness brands in a competitive retail environment.
What You’ll Do
Act as the main point of contact for all vendor partners
Ensure vendors have everything they need for a successful partnership (product display, pricing, payment updates, etc.)
Track product inventory and sales activity for vendor performance reporting
Help onboard new vendors into our POS system and market tracking tools
Reach out to potential wellness brands and invite them to join HIBBL Market
Draft outreach emails and help schedule vendor discovery calls or meetings
Maintain vendor records, digital files, and communications in an organized way
Collaborate with our marketing team on brand storytelling and spotlight features
Support special events, demos, and vendor sampling days as needed
