Design Operations Intern – Summer 2025


Location: Hybrid (NYC-based preferred)
Duration: June 2 – August 8, 2025
Schedule: 32 hours/week, Monday–Thursday

The Role
We’re looking for a Design Operations Intern to join our team this summer and support the systems and workflows that power our creative output. This role sits at the intersection of design, tech, and client services. This is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, creative problem-solving, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Tag and organize creative assets to ensure our work is searchable, shareable, and easy to access
  • Support the workflow between design and tech teams, helping track requests and timelines
  • Maintain and update shared folders, request forms, and asset libraries
  • Help document creative specs, delivery formats, and file naming conventions
  • Participate in internal reviews and cross-team syncs to understand how creative work moves through the pipeline
  • Identify areas where we can improve or automate processes, and bring ideas to the table

Who You Are

  • A current student or recent grad interested in design, creative operations, media production, or advertising
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools and shared drives
  • A clear communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
  • Curious, efficient, and ready to jump in wherever needed
