Aloha Potential Social Work Interns,

IHS is looking for folks who are studying Social Work and want to get some hands on experience with one of the largest agencies supporting those in the crisis of homelessness. It's a great way to get some hands on experience, as well as fulfill the requirements of your program through internship.

We encourage candidates to consider that all other students in your program are also doing internships. This means that competition for jobs after completing a degree put you on equal standing with other candidates, even after fulfilling the requirements for your internship within your program. In other words, the more experience you have, the better chance you have of securing employment after graduation. Not only this, but the more experience you have in the field that you are passionate about, the more successful you will be once you begin working after graduation.
