Fitness Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We’re looking for a trustworthy, sales-driven leader who wants to be part of something bigger. You’ll be the right arm of our operation—building relationships, leading sales efforts, managing the client experience, and helping create a tight-knit fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive new membership sales for both youth athletic training and adult fitness programs.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, clubs, coaches, businesses, and families.
  • Generate leads through community engagement, networking, and social media.
  • Represent the brand at local events (tournaments, expos, community functions).
  • Manage the sales funnel from initial outreach to closing and follow-ups.
  • Maximize scheduling and center usage for efficiency and profitability.

Member Engagement & Retention

  • Be the face and energy of the facility—welcoming, approachable, and consistent.
  • Foster trust with members and families to support long-term commitment.
  • Oversee scheduling, customer service, and onboarding.
  • Track retention metrics and execute re-engagement strategies.
  • Stay connected with athletes and adult members throughout their training journey.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and manage social media content that drives awareness and leads.
  • Highlight member success stories, training moments, and community events.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional way.
  • Maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across all channels.

Experience Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years in sales, business development, or membership-based services (fitness, wellness, hospitality, etc.).
  • Must have experience creating and managing social media content for a brand or business.
  • Must have background in customer service or client engagement, ideally in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
  • Event or community outreach experience is a plus—especially if it involved driving leads.
  • Passion for fitness, sports, or an active lifestyle. (Background in athletics/coaching is a bonus.)
  • Must have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or engagement goals.
