Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support our growing team. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the HR function within a creative and innovative environment.​

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.​

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a supportive work environment.​

Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development.​

Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.​

Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.​

Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect the company's values and support a positive workplace culture.​

HR Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to the company's overall success.​

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.​

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the technology or software development industry.​

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.​

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.​

In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.​

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.​

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.​

Preferred Qualifications
