Founding Engineer – AI Agents & Full Stack
We're now looking for a technical partner who can help shape our core systems and lead development across our AI, data, and fullstack.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build AI agents that analyze user behavior and generate suggestions autonomously using LLMs and structured data.
- Set engineering direction in collaboration with the founder — your architectural choices will shape the product.
- Develop and manage cloud infrastructure to scale inference, data processing, and web services securely and efficiently.
- Design and maintain databases that track events, insights, and experiments across multiple client websites.
- Build frontend tools and dashboards that communicate insights clearly and support CRO workflows.
- Contribute to a lean and fast-moving product development process with a high standard of quality and traceability.
Who You Are
- Experienced in building LLM-based agent workflows (e.g., Autogen).
- Capable of architecting systems end-to-end: backend, frontend, database, and cloud.
- Skilled in modern cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP) and designing scalable architectures.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with behavioral/event data modeling.
- Comfortable building frontend interfaces with strong UX sensibility (React/Next.js a plus).
- Self-directed, pragmatic, and excited to take ownership of a 0→1 and 1→10 product.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with analytics, event tracking, or experimentation platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Segment, Optimizely, Kameleoon).
- Interest in conversion rate optimization, behavioral psychology, or e-commerce.
- Prior experience in a startup or founding team.
Why Join Now
- Own what you build. You'll have the opportunity to shape both the tech stack and product direction.
- Work with real impact. We're already deployed across multiple client sites with live usage and revenue impact.
- Get in early. Equity and long-term leadership roles are on the table.
Note: Sitewiz is actively engaged in early acquisition conversations with several companies interested in our technology and client traction. A key factor in these discussions is technical leadership - bringing on a high-caliber engineer could significantly strengthen our position and increase the likelihood of a successful acquihire.
For the right candidate, this means not just joining a high-potential startup, but also having a direct stake in the outcome. If acquired, you'd be part of the deal - with opportunities for a leadership role, long-term employment, and equity participation in the exit. It's a rare chance to get in early, shape core systems, and potentially land a meaningful outcome in a short time horizon.
We're looking for someone who wants to build, lead, and win - together.
