Product Manager

A rapidly growing healthtech startup is looking for a Product Manager to join our team. We are on a mission to improve healthcare outcomes through innovative AI-driven solutions. You will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to build products that enhance primary care workflows, improve chronic disease management, and drive efficiency in clinical documentation. Role:

🔹 Lead a product team, collaborating with engineers, designers, data scientists, and clinicians
🔹 Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to development and measurement of impact
🔹 Develop data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes and optimize provider workflows
🔹 Work with AI & machine learning teams to enhance predictive models for early diagnosis
🔹 Drive innovation by rapidly iterating on MVPs and exploring emerging technologies

Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of product management experience
✅ 4+ years of experience in healthtech, data platforms, or primary care provider workflows
✅ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making
✅ Experience working in an agile, cross-functional environment
✅ Passion for improving patient care and a user-centric approach to product development
