Data Analyst

Role:

📊 Analyze and interpret complex data to provide meaningful insights for business teams.
📈 Collaborate with stakeholders across growth, revenue, and customer success teams to define analytics needs.
🔍 Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
🛠️ Work with engineers and data scientists to improve data infrastructure and processes.
📢 Communicate insights effectively, making data accessible to non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

🎓 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field.
💾 Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.).
📌 Experience building and documenting data models to support analytics.
🧐 Ability to ask the right questions and follow through with analytical curiosity.
⚡ Self-starter mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
🚀 Bonus: Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Python, or Palantir Foundry.

💰 Salary: $126,650 - $149,000 (based on experience and location).
