Role:
🚀 Develop & Maintain Models – Build, test, and deploy models focused on credit risk assessment, customer churn prediction, and marketing optimization.
📊 Data-Driven Insights – Analyze structured data to drive product and business decisions.
🛠 Full Lifecycle Ownership – Own the end-to-end modeling process, from data extraction and training to validation and deployment.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to optimize financial solutions for users.
Requirements:
🎓 Education – Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
📌 Experience – 5+ years in data science, focusing on predictive modeling and analytics.
🐍 Technical Skills – Proficiency in Python (sklearn, pandas, matplotlib, statsmodels) and SQL.
🧠 Machine Learning Expertise – Experience in classification, prediction models, and A/B testing.
☁ Big Data Knowledge – Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, and working with large datasets.
📣 Communication – Strong ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical teams.
