Event Sales Representative – Baseball Tournaments

Event Dates: May 16 – July 28, 2025
Compensation: $15/hour + 10% commission on all personal sales
Schedule: Flexible, event-based (weekdays and weekends depending on tournament schedule)

About the Role:

Mine Baseball is looking for motivated, outgoing, and baseball-loving college students to join our on-site sales team at the Perfect Game East Cobb Complex. You’ll work directly with players, families, and coaches to sell our premium wood bats and represent one of the fastest-growing brands in the baseball space.

This is a temporary, event-based position ideal for students who want flexible, meaningful work that ties into sports, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Mine Baseball at a high-traffic tournament booth

Set up, manage, and maintain a clean, professional product display

Talk to families, players, and coaches about our bats and gear

Process sales transactions using our POS system

Track and report sales daily to the Director of Event Sales

Assist with booth breakdown and inventory at the end of the event

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality

Passion for baseball (playing, coaching, or as a fan)

Dependable and professional—able to show up on time and work independently

Willing to be on your feet outdoors for long stretches of time

Basic familiarity with using a tablet or card reader for transactions

Must be local to or able to commute to Marietta, GA (no travel/housing included)

Preferred (Not Required):

Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales

Baseball or team sports background
