Financial Analyst

Financial Analysts are responsible for the planning, forecasting and analysis activities of the company. Generate reports, analysis and commentary to assist in the execution of the company's business plans, including recommendations to improve results. Prepares forecasts and analysis to support efforts across a variety of areas including budgeting. Evaluate the financial implications of planned activities and alternatives contemplated by the leadership team. Prepare timely weekly and monthly reports to assist management in improving company operations.

What You Will Do

• Build/maintain financial models and forecasts of earnings, liquidity and value to inform the Business.
• Support FP&A leadership with administration and analysis of the Company’s private equity and venture capital investments.
• Support forecasting activities of the company and its subsidiaries utilizing planning, analysis and modeling skills.
• Perform performance reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Business Units to facilitate the gathering of financial and non-financial information to support consolidated business planning and reporting.
• Provide support to the company’s accounting teams on matters related to forecasts and patient analysis
• Update and maintain financial models and reporting systems.
• Prepare submissions for manufacturer reporting
• Perform ad-hoc analysis in support of management decision making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field Required
• 1-3 years of financial planning and analysis Preferred and
• Solid qualitative, analytical and modeling skills.
• Ability to prioritize work for self.
• Ability to look at process and make necessary recommendations.
• Ability and desire to work in a collaborative environment, including workload prioritization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
