Architectural Project Manager

In this role, the Architectural Project Manager responsibilities will include, but are not limited to participation in the development of proprietary, confidential, and novel solutions to geometric analysis problems using Rhino and Grasshopper. On a day-to-day basis, you will work inside Rhino and Grasshopper on existing code and the refinement of new code. Applicants should be able to work through problems and document their output product in a cogent manner. Applicants should be familiar with Grasshopper and express a strong desire to learn.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Assist in the development of parametric tools used for analysis of advanced geometry

Use computer software as a tool for solving basic architectural problems

Assist in preparation of designs, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings

Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or other related field

Working Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper and strong desire to learn

Problem Solving Skills and Interest

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, Enscape, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Some knowledge of project design and construction documentation and materials.

Ability to work on multiple, fast-paced projects and documents.

Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
