Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Your Day to Day:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change by:
- Driving business initiatives that will guide the evolution and growth of PGIM Real Estate’s global debt and equity businesses.
- Support to the team as they work on innovation and technology initiatives across PGIM Real Estate.
- Interact with internal stakeholders and with technology start-ups and our VC partners to help research, diligence, and implement PropTech (Property Technology) and other technologies across the global portfolio and platform.
- Analyze data and data governance.
- Assist with AI deployment and research.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Interact cross functionally individuals across PGIM Real Estate to define needs and evaluate new technologies and processes
- Research specific technology verticals in-depth to understand best in class technologies and firms for further exploration and/or potential pilot programs. This may include connecting with technology start-ups, Venture Capital partners, and peer Real Estate companies.
- Collaborate with the Business Management, Innovation, Systems, and Marketing teams to advance internal projects related to data efforts, use of Artificial Intelligence, technology implementations, and others that may arise.
- Defining, measuring, and communicating the impact of data efforts, technologies, and process enhancements to the business and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Real Estate.
- Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Note: The salary range for this role is $30.00 to $35.00 an hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
