Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer accounts efficiently.
- Build and develop ongoing networking relationships with small business owners, such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and Auto Dealers.
- Drive new business through various channels including telephone calls and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly business production goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Requirements:
- Willingness to obtain or currently hold a property and casualty license.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
