New Material Development Engineer
I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Have an in-depth understanding of the mechanism of material structure, and carry out directional design, modification and optimization of materials.
2. Synthesize inorganic and organic materials, conduct small-scale and pilot-scale amplification synthesis of specific materials, and assist in equipment development, exploration and determination of process parameters during the process.
3. Design and develop new electrochemical systems, including the design and synthesis of new electrode materials, as well as the design and development of electrode structures and electrolytes in new electrochemical systems.
4. Be familiar with various characterization and testing methods, and conduct characterization and analysis of the physical properties, electrochemical performance and failure mechanism of the synthesized materials.
5. Be responsible for the analysis of the interface structure, the relationship between interface chemistry, electrochemistry and the interface structure, establish the relationship between the interface system and electrochemical performance, and construct highly stable surface and interface.
II. Job Requirements:
1. Hold a doctoral degree, majoring in materials, chemistry, chemical engineering and other related majors.
2. Pass CET-6 in English.
3. Those with experience related to electrolytes and cathode and anode materials for lithium batteries will be given priority.
4. Master the basic principles of chemistry and electrochemistry and material testing and characterization methods. Those with experience in developing new characterization and testing methods will be preferred.
5. Those who are proficient in one or more interface characterization and analysis methods will be preferred.
