R&D Engineer for Solid-state Batteries (Including Cathode, Anode, Characterization, and Polymer)

I. Job Responsibilities

 1. Be responsible for the design and development of high-energy density materials. 

2. Be responsible for the design and development of advanced surface and interface solutions for materials. 

3. Be responsible for the analysis of the failure mechanism of composite multiphase interfaces and the improvement of performance. 

4. Be responsible for the development of characterization methods for solid-state battery systems. 

II. Job Requirements

1. A master's degree or above, with professional knowledge in related fields. 

2. Majors in electrochemistry, materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering or related majors. 

3. Pass CET-6 in English. 

4. Those with research experience in cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries and all-solid-state batteries, and who are familiar with corresponding analysis, characterization and testing methods will be given priority. 

5. Have good driving force and cross-departmental communication and collaboration abilities, clear logical thinking, and strong stress resistance.
