Policy Internship for JD, MPP, and MPA Students

Thank you for your interest in the National Redistricting Foundation (NRF). NRF’s mission is to dismantle unfair electoral maps and create a redistricting system based on democratic values. The Litigation and Policy Department develops and provides legal and policy analysis to achieve the organization’s mission.

NRF offers legal and policy internship opportunities for current JD, MPP, and MPA candidates during Spring, Summer, and Fall. This application is for Summer and Fall of 2025, as applications for Spring 2025 are closed. Summer internships are full time (up to 40 hours per week) and Fall internships are part time (up to 20 hours per week). 

Important Dates

• Fall Semester 2025 (up to 20 hours per week)
  • Begins: Monday, September 15
  • Ends: Friday, November 21
  • Tentative Interview Period: July 14-August 18
