The University Center (UC) Building Manager at UW-Whitewater plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience by overseeing daily operations, enforcing policies, and coordinating emergency communications within the UC. This position involves assisting with event setups, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Building Managers are responsible for opening, closing, and securing the facility, collaborating with UC departments, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while upholding the UC’s service values of experience, courtesy, inclusion, efficiency, and safety.

Position Details:
💼 Hours: 10-20 per week (including evenings and weekends)
💰 Starting Wage: $12.00/hour (Summer work adds $1.50/hour)
