Dining Services Director

The Dining Services Director at a Brightview Senior Living community is our champion of the Dining experience!  With a goal of effectively managing the day to day dining services operation, this individual coaches our team of dining associates and is an advocate for our residents.  It is imperative to ensure that our current and future residents are delivered exceptional service, delicious food, and interesting and exciting dining options.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Build, develop and manage all of the community’s dietary associates.
• Train Chefs on culinary techniques.
• Ensure that great customer service is provided to our residents. 
• Be present during meal service, engaging with residents to ensure that their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the dining services budget.
• Develop vendor relationships.
• Ensure the kitchen environment and the dining areas are all properly maintained, clean and safe.  
• Support Sales and other departments so that the community as a whole thrives.
