2024/2025 New Grad IT Solutions Internship (6-12 months)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in various areas of information technology, including troubleshooting, system administration, network support, and software development. If you're passionate about technology and eager to learn in a dynamic environment, this internship is the perfect opportunity to gain practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Support network infrastructure by managing network devices, monitoring connectivity, and resolving issues.
  • Help with system installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including asset management and user guides.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on IT projects and deployments.
  • Perform regular system checks to ensure security, performance, and stability.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for various IT-related issues.
  • Participate in testing and deploying software and hardware upgrades.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal IT processes.

Qualifications:

  • New Grad graduated from Dec 2024 to May 2025 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and/or Linux.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and work with new technologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Compensation
