Your Role:

Collaborate with MDs, OTs, STs, Nursing & Nutrition Services teams.

Be a key part of the interdisciplinary team (IDT).

Conduct thorough nutrition assessments.

Document weight, wound, renal & tube-fed residents.

Perform Quality Assurance audits.

Administer nutrition-focused physical assessments.
