Recruiting Assistant-Part-time

This is an exciting opportunity in a fast paced office.

The need is for 20-25 hours per week.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Administering and assisting with the application process
  • Scheduling interviews and appointments for applicants
  • Data entry and filing of applications
  • Assisting with administrative support functions

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong typing and data entry speed and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask
