Recruiting Assistant-Part-time
This is an exciting opportunity in a fast paced office.
The need is for 20-25 hours per week.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Administering and assisting with the application process
- Scheduling interviews and appointments for applicants
- Data entry and filing of applications
- Assisting with administrative support functions
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong typing and data entry speed and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask
