Human Resource Intern

 As a HR Intern, you will be assisting our Human Resources Team with various projects. You will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions, including recruitment and administrative. This is a paid, approximately 3 month Spring/Summer internship to start asap.   

 Location: Onsite - Draper, UT

Schedule: Monday- Friday 

                  Part-time, flexible between 15-20 hours weekly (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) 

 Principal Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting efforts, including screening potential candidates
• Scanning and filing employee files, both physical and digital
• Assist with general HR tasks as needed
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

  Experience and Qualifications

• Currently obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Preferably in the last 2 years of course work.
• Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications, customer focus and professionalism, self-starter 
• Strong listening, questioning, and assessment skills
