Student Worker: Content/Social Media Coordinator

The Content/Social Media Coordinator will create content that informs target audiences about Gates Institute and its activities in the translation of cell and gene therapy research from the laboratory to the point of care.

Job Description:              

  • Create social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Design graphics, prepare photos to accompany posts using Canva
  • Generate ideas for posts and write for Gates Institute and Gates Biomanufacturing Facility websites

Must be available to work 10 hours per week; exact days TBD.
Experience using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Must be dependable, detailed oriented, resourceful, flexible, organized, a willing learner, personable, and possess a professional demeanor. 
Possess well-honed written and oral communication skills, be curious about science, and eager to create content that positions Gates Institute as a leader in cell and gene therapy research.
