
Store Manager

Position: Store Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a successful packaging and shipping store (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (preferred but not required).
- Experience with PostalMate Software
- Profit driven / Growth oriented
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with coffee shop or shipping store operations is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across coffee and shipping services
- Lead and inspire a team of baristas and shipping associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Handle scheduling, training, and performance management for team members
- Maintain inventory levels for both coffee and shipping supplies, placing orders as needed
- Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions promptly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to store policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Monitor sales performance and work with leadership to identify growth opportunities
