Account Representative / Sales

Smokey Mountain Tops is a full service stone fabricator serving both residential and commercial markets. We create custom countertops in granite, quartz, marble. 

We are seeking energetic positive dynamic persons to add to our sales team. 

Construction industry experience or interest preferred.

ACCOUNT REP / SALES:

- Generate sales - serve as primary point of contact between customer & Smokey Mountain Tops.

-Promote Smokey Mountain Tops with existing accounts as well as generate new accounts

- Understand customer demands meeting these demands proficiently and with professionalism

- B2B Account management

- Introduce new product collections efficiently and train customers on product features and benefits

- Project tracking from initial sales to completion

- Accurately and efficiently enter sales info into company CRM

- Identify clients needs in terms of products & services and proactively propose solutions and complementary products

- Answer phone calls and emails in prompt and professional manner

-Help support teammates when needed

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in sales & account management

- Display positive teachable attitude that is key to success

- Strong account management and relationship building skills

- Self motivated and ability to multi-task

- Organizational skills

- Willingness to enter into new projects and the ability to multitask to obtain results in high pressure situations

- Strong verbal skills

- Dedication to customer success

- College decree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: depends on experience - $45,000 - $65,000
