Seeking Executive Chef/Sous Chef, Growing Restaurant Group, Tavern in the Square ; proudly independent, proudly local to be, and powerfully tied to community, an evolution of the classic neighborhood restaurant is in search of a passionate and creative leader for our MA/NH & RI locations.
Compensation - $68,000-110,000 Annually

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and hiring, team development, training, scheduling, personal growth.
Execution to company specs, integrity in all culinary details, scratch kitchen.
Purchasing, Inventory-cost controls, product organization/usage, highest safety and quality standards.
Guest focused, collaborative and supporting relationship with FOH management, leader to the team.
