Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Our Proesis Meridian team seeks a kind, compassionate, and enthusiastic Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level position with room to grow into a larger administrative or operations role. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly and providing direct support to our executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management and drafting communications
  • Build and format PowerPoint presentations and reports
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
  • Coordinate vendors and manage mail, deliveries, and general office logistics
  • Assist with payroll coordination in collaboration with the HR Manager
  • Support occasional errands or administrative tasks such as overseeing employee milestones programs
  • Help with planning internal team meetings, events, or celebrations

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing shifting priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and tasks
  • Must be able to work on-site in Meridian, ID (this is not a remote position)

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit or stand for up three (3) hours at a time
  • Ability to tug, lift, and pull up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Be able to bend, stoop or kneel
  • Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens
  • Specific vision and hearing abilities are required to be successful within the role
