Clinical Therapist

Central Counseling Services Murrieta, Inc. is a thriving private practice dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care to our community. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated, licensed clinician who is not only passionate about therapy but also committed to making a real difference in the lives of clients.

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a dedicated self-starter—someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to build a caseload. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable marketing themselves (or willing to learn), and is committed to professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

Provide therapy to children, families, and young adults

Work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with a caseload of 28-30 client hours per week. 

Utilize trauma-informed care with a willingness to work with traumatized children (training available)

Support clients from diverse backgrounds, including varying ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, and family structures

What We Require:

Active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (or close to licensure)

Malpractice insurance (we provide additional office coverage)

Strong clinical writing skills

A commitment to compassionate, high-quality client care
