Student Animation Assistant
Dr. Carmen Menoni in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is seeking a student with experience in setting up animations in presentations; in particular who has experience with Blender Animation Software. The successful candidate must be able to work both individually and with others on their team and should be devoted to a learning environment. To excel in this role, the candidate must be self-motivated, be able to multi-task, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The position will run from March 31 to May 10, 2025 The student is expected to work at least 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
General responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate with Dr. Menoni in animating presentation material. TW, DP, C
- Collaborate with Dr. Menoni in drafting using Solid Works or similar program to draw experiment testbeds and then animate them DP, C
- Contribute to animate material for website DP, C
- Implement changes to website DP, V/WC
- Comply with state and university rules and regulations for research labs PA
Position Minimum Requirements
- Registered CSU student in good standing with the university
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with animation software.
- Familiarity with web design

- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Attention to details.
- Familiarity with Blender Animation software
Hourly Pay Rate : $17/hr
