Job Opportunity: Full-Time Membership Relationship Manager (Bilingual Nepali/English)

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH and Euless, TX 

Position Summary:

Everest Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Membership Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Jackson Heights, NY. This role is pivotal in fostering strong member relationships and delivering exceptional financial services to our diverse community. The ideal candidate will be a fluent bilingual professional in both Nepali and English, possessing a proven ability to cultivate and maintain lasting member connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to members through in-person interactions and telephone communications.
  • Assist members with a comprehensive range of financial services, including account openings, loan applications, deposit transactions, and other related inquiries.
  • Proactively identify member financial needs and recommend tailored financial products and services.
  • Develop and nurture robust member relationships through consistent communication and outreach initiatives.
  • Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union products, services, and industry trends.
  • Participate in community outreach events to enhance the credit union's visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Mandatory fluency in both Nepali and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in customer service or financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build trust with members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A genuine commitment to professional growth.
