The Fund is currently seeking a Legal Intern to assist the Fund's Counsel's Office, which is comprised of 3 full time attorneys, 1 part time attorney, and 1 legal analyst. The Fund's Counsel's Office manages the Fund's legal matters, including litigation and legal questions arising in the normal course of business. 

The internship position offers an opportunity for a legal intern to experience many areas of the law and a wide range of legal issues. Internship assignments are anticipated to include projects related to litigation, contracts, procurement, insurance, legislation, and general issues arising on active construction projects. The legal intern will accompany attorneys to meetings with Fund staff and outside counsel, attend meetings with representatives from other governmental entities, and potentially sit in on mediation sessions. The legal internship is also anticipated to involve research and writing opportunities responding to legal questions and concerns arising in ongoing litigations and in the normal course of business.
