Personal Assistant
Responsibilities
 Dealing with correspondence (emails, appointments, agreements) and phone calls.
 Managing work schedule, taking into consideration family schedule as well as social
events and fund-raising events
 Organizing meetings and appointments for the employer, controlling access, and acting
as the first line of contact to the employer.
 Book and arrange travel and accommodation for both private and work trips of the
employer.
 Help the employer in organizing events and meetings.
 Remind the employer of important tasks, deadlines, and events both at work and at
home.
 Weekly planning meeting with the employer to discuss scheduling and upcoming
meetings.
 Present a daily detail list of activity for the employer.
 Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the
employer.
 Managing databases and filing systems.
 Establish good working relationship with other staff members and clients as well as
family members.
 Research topics, ideas and projects and present them in a summarized format.
 Generate reports on a regular basis.
 Accompanying the employer on work and family trips (where necessary).
 Book family holidays, restaurant, or social activities.
 Personal shopping on behalf of the employer
 Coordinate/oversee the daily and weekly activities with the household manager,
housekeeper, and nannies.
Qualifications
 High School Diploma is a must
 Kauai based or willing to move to Kauai
 Tech Savvy and basic office software knowledge including communication apps such as
Slack, GroupMe, etc.
 Highly skilled in Research and the ability to translate that information to projects or
planning.
 Someone who can handle change and quick to adapt to change.
 Must be willing to work any time of the day with a flexible and open schedule.
 Someone well Organized, Skilled at being Structured, and ability to work without
guidance or limited direction.
 Directionally not challenged and Self Motivated

 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
 Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
