We are currently looking to fill an Advertising Operations Specialist position at L2TMedia! 

 

Job Summary

 

The Advertising Operations (AdOPs) Specialist provides daily coordination and execution of technical activities relating to product launches by working cross-functionally to implement Website tagging through Google Tag Manager in support of Dynamic Call Tracking, Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, and all respective tracking codes required to support product performance and reporting. This role also supports the implementation of L2T’s AutoIncent and Dynamic Display products by ensuring timely and accurate launches and monthly updates.

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Implement all required tracking codes to facilitate new Product and Campaign launches within agreed-upon SLAs. Tracking codes include, but are not limited to: Google Analytics 4, Dynamic Number Insertion, Google Ads Conversions, Meta Pixel, Amazon Pixel, AutoIncent JavaScript, Engage Codes, and Google Search Console. 
  • Trouble shoot errors/missing codes with Customers, Website Providers, and L2T Support as required.
  • Set-up Chat, Text, and Conversion tracking for all applicable campaigns
  • Set-Up and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager containers and tags
  • Set-Up and troubleshoot GA4 Events
  • Implement AutoIncent specials on dealer websites
  • QA monthly AutoIncent incentives 
  • Conduct weekly reviews of Ad Operations status report to identify and resolve tracking issues
  • Coordinate Dynamic Display launches and changes to budgets or targeting
  • Escalate chronic Vendor Performance issues to Ad Operations Supervisor
  • Support Sales and Customer Success Team on client calls, as needed
  • Support Ad Operations Supervisor with technical training across Sales, CST, and Product Teams
  • Support Ad Operations Supervisor with the documentation and validation of Ad Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

 

Education Requirement 

 

  • BA, Business or Communications preferred

 

Required Skills 

 

  • Must be able to commute to Evanston, IL and maintain a hybrid work schedule. 
  • 1 - 2 years’ work experience.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, required.
  • Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain strong accuracy and communication skills.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage day-to-day tickets and short-term projects.
  • Ability to understand how issues encountered with one product (e.g., no inventory in feed) can potentially impact the performance of other L2T products.
  • Employs a variety of communication methods to build productive relationships and takes responsibility for understanding others. 
  • Monitors and checks work for accuracy. Utilizes existing training materials and guides to verify solutions. 
  • Easily adapt to changes in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes and performance expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Escalates critical issues. 
  • Understand when face to face / phone communication is needed to resolve issues with internal teams, and document outcomes in respective Jira tickets when applicable.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $48,000 - $50,000 + Bonus Eligibility. Compensation is based on experience and the location of where the job is performed.
