Job Title: Sales Associate – Bicycles and E-Bikes

Location: Demo Sport Tiburon, CA - In person role 

Job Type: Part-Time - April to September (weekends and holidays only)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team at Demo Sport Tiburon. This role is ideal for someone passionate about E-bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, and bike repairs, and outdoor activities, with strong sales skills and a customer-first attitude. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers, rentals and repairs, maintaining product displays, and sharing your expertise to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting the right E-bikes based on their needs and experience level.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. 
• Handle transactions, process sales, and assist with order pickups.
• Opening and closing the store. 
• Assist with light maintenance and troubleshooting of bikes to help customers with minor adjustments.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.

Ideal Qualifications:
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in outdoor sports
• Passion for bicycles and E-bikes, with a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
