Industrial Supervisor, Printing

Under the direction of the Prison Industries Superintendent I (Printing), the incumbent is responsible for the supervision of incarcerated individual workers engaged in the printing enterprise. Employees will have regular and substantial contact with persons incarcerated in California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation institution and/or medical facilities.

CALPIA Printing program is designed to meet the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) institutional needs statewide. You will train and mentor incarcerated individuals who will gain the knowledge and skills needed to meet the highest possible standards for Printing and increase one’s chances for employment opportunities upon release.
