## Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer with full-stack development capabilities to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy AI-enhanced applications that bridge the gap between artificial and human intelligence. You'll work on a variety of projects ranging from custom SaaS applications to advanced cognitive interfaces, contributing to our mission of accelerating the development process through AI-human collaboration.
## Key Responsibilities

### AI Development

- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific client needs
- Integrate various AI tools and services (LLMs, ML, integrations) into our development pipeline
- Create and optimize adaptive interfaces that learn from user behavior
- Design and implement end-to-end workflow automations that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities with human touchpoints
- Create customizable automation templates that allow clients to configure business-specific rules, approval gates, and data validation checkpoints
- Develop and refine hybrid AI-human workflow systems
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance our capabilities
- Document AI systems comprehensively for both technical and non-technical audiences
### Full-Stack Engineering

- Develop end-to-end solutions using modern web and application frameworks
- Build robust APIs and services that connect AI components with frontend interfaces
- Implement efficient database structures to support AI operations
- Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered applications
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all layers of the stack
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality development practices
## Qualifications

### Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Strong full-stack development skills with proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) into applications
- Strong portfolio on GitHub showcasing AI projects and contributions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and tooling
- Knowledge of cognitive science principles and human-AI interaction design
- Background in developing adaptive systems that learn from user behavior
- Experience building custom AI solutions across diverse domains
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications
- Experience with AI implementation in business settings
- Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles
