Capital Consulting is a fee based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). We manage our clients money and provide comprehensive financial planning.
Goals and Objectives:
To help clients of the company reach their personal financial objectives while minimizing their future tax liabilities. Responsibilities:
- Deal honestly and ethically with all clients
- To make all clients feel as if their needs are the most important thing in the world and offer a superior level of service unlike most other firms
- To accurately record all information required for investments by clients in the forms and paperwork
- To maintain long term relationships with clients that turn them into “raving fans”
- To monitor future needs of clients
- To effectively manage their time to insure sufficient meetings with clients in order to meet and exceed their quantitative performance objectives.
Duties:
- Fill out and submit paperwork for clients.
- Send thank-you notes to clients.
- Stay in contact with clients/vendors weekly until the delivery of a product or policy.
- Process letters associated with their activities.
- Prepare Portfolio Reviews that are presented to clients with high accuracy.
- Review client folders prior to meetings.
- Answer the phone on a regular basis.
- Administrative duties is not limited to this list and can vary on a day to day basis.
Position Requirements:
- The ability to use computer systems, including word processing, marketing software and data entry and services research
- Courteous and professional use of the telephone in communicating with clients and others
- The ability to write legibly and professionally
- The ability to communicate with clients and others in a professional and meaningful manner.
- This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (5 to 8 hours per day) and using the telephone and the computer systems.
- College Degree preferred but not required.
- Previous Financial Services/Investment experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, experience with numbers
- Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment.
- Have a very happy demeanor, motivated, and overall good attitude.
